How to WalskiViT Mixture ?

This time I will share to you how the mixture is prepared.

 I have used this mixture to cure my vitiligo specifically on my face. I personally called this WalskiViT means Walski my nickname and ViT for Vitiligo Treatment.

 The things that you will need:
     Mustard Oil
     Turmeric Powder
     Spoon
     Stick
     A bottle or container

Put 2 spoons of turmeric powder in the bottle

 Next, put 3 spoons of mustard oil in the bottle

This is what will it look like

Mix well. And is now ready for application.

How to apply the Mixture (Turmeric powder and Mustard oil)

This is how to apply the mixture to the skin. Materials needed:      The mixture      Stick      Tissue      Dish-washing liquid Mix well the mixture using the stick.  Clean and dry  the skin  Put a drop or two to the skin  Either use the stick to rub Or rub using your finger and leave mixture for 30 minutes  After 30 minutes, use dish-washing liquid if your skin is not sensitive  Remove well the mixture on the skin      Tap dry the skin. Do this once a day or six days and have a one day rest. Pray while rubbing the mixture that you will be cured. You can repeat the procedure after 4 hours or so. Please rinse well , the mixture can stain on cloths. Hope this helps.

 Kalabasa o Squash Kinalakihan natin and kalabasa. Kasabihan ng ating mga magulang na magaling na bitamina para sa mga mata  ang pagkain ng kalabasa. Madalas ito ay iniluluto sa may gata na  may kasamang chicharon na baboy at sitaw. Puede rin na ginisang kalabasa at sitaw na may giniling. Ang pinakasikat ay pakbet, kaya lang ay iwasan ang bagoong. Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, ito ay kulay orange, na isa sa magaling na kainin ng may mga  vitiligo. Mataas sa Vitamin a na magaling na antioxidant at mainam sa balat at paningin. Kung ating aayusin ang ating mga kinakain, sigurado ako na titigil ang pagdami ng vitiligo. Kaya kasabay ng malinis na pamumuhay , sikapin na ayusin ang mga kinakain, kasama ng tamang  pahinga, pagpapa-araw sa umaga at pag-iwas sa stress.
