The stress I never felt

Normally wakes up at 5:00 am to send my daughter to school.  By 7:00 am I'm already "in" for my regular work as an associate technical support. Out at 4:15 pm to transport myself to school to finish my college. Classes ends at 9:30 and need to rush in going home. At 10:30 dinner time and rest for 10 minutes after which will do the laundry and check for my daughters assignment or any project there might be. Will take a good morning sleep at 1:00 am and the routine repeats.
My vitiligo became so  noticeable and started to invade my whole body. This time I was already in panic. What to do ?

Image from : https://www.onlinebayong.com/product/kalabasa-or-squash/
