A Friend

This time I will make my blog a little lighter.  This song really made me to be comfortable with the people who understand my condition. Knowing that I am different with normal people. This is the best way to overcome our fear to face the society. With friends they really make a difference and makes us proud who we truly are. Positive outlook always and please listen to my song. The lyrics :

I've still been searching
And long have I waited
For someone to like me as me
To laugh with
To cry with
To be just beside with
A friend that's who I need
To fight with
Make up with
To know that you need them
Believing that they need you, too
To walk hand in hand with
To argue to talk with
A friend that's who I need
And even though
I make mistakes
And never do anything right
A smile, a hug
Can change all that
And everything will be alright
Someone who'll share all my dreams and ambitions
Someone who'll love me as me
I need this person
Someone to rely on
A friend that's who I need
A friend that's who I need

Kalabasa o Squash Kinalakihan natin and kalabasa. Image from : https://www.onlinebayong.com/product/kalabasa-or-squash/

Most of the time I am eating boiled eggs. These are some of the excepts I got from reading about eating eggs even though I have vitiligo. What are the benefits of eating eggs? Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the  protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B2 and lower  amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich s ources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and  minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Is it OK to eat eggs every day? The science is clear that up to 3 whole eggs per day are perfectly safe for healthy people. Summary Eggs consistently raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol. For 70% of people, there  is no increase in total or LDL cholesterol. Some people may experience a mild increase in  a be...
