 Kalabasa o Squash Kinalakihan natin and kalabasa. Kasabihan ng ating mga magulang na magaling na bitamina para sa mga mata  ang pagkain ng kalabasa. Madalas ito ay iniluluto sa may gata na  may kasamang chicharon na baboy at sitaw. Puede rin na ginisang kalabasa at sitaw na may giniling. Ang pinakasikat ay pakbet, kaya lang ay iwasan ang bagoong. Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, ito ay kulay orange, na isa sa magaling na kainin ng may mga  vitiligo. Mataas sa Vitamin a na magaling na antioxidant at mainam sa balat at paningin. Kung ating aayusin ang ating mga kinakain, sigurado ako na titigil ang pagdami ng vitiligo. Kaya kasabay ng malinis na pamumuhay , sikapin na ayusin ang mga kinakain, kasama ng tamang  pahinga, pagpapa-araw sa umaga at pag-iwas sa stress. Collagen for Vitiligo Treatment My daughter bought me a lotion that is with collagen. I was trying to search for articles about collagen to know more about it. Carrots for the skin and Vitiligo

I have already read about it for so many years. I normally put carrots in my chicken sopas, lumpiang sariwa and bola-bola. This time I need to refocus and think again to eat carrots or even make carrot juice. World Vitiligo Day 2020

Today is World Vitiligo Day !      Let us all celebrate our day. This is a recognition for all of us suffering from vitiligo. There are no excuses for us to just stay at home just because we have it. We are now accepted by the society. We need to make the people around us to be aware of who we are and what we need.       This is just the aesthetic part of life. We have the right to be part of this world.        Happy World Vitiligo Day to all !

Kangkong other names are Water spinach , River spinach, Swamp cabbage, Ipomoea aquatica

Kangkong    other names are Water spinach , River spinach,  Swamp cabbage, Ipomoea aquatica   This vegetable I think really help me in curing and lessening my Vitiligo. It became part of my diet when I read the benefits of eating green leafy vegetable. Not really knowing what Kangkong prorerties are. And kangkong is so cheap that everyone can easily buy. Always choose the one that is fresh. As I always say when I buy one , " Kangkong nga po , paborito ni Pong pagong" .Please read along and click on the link source for further reading.
